Trade Exch is an online Forex and CFD provider. From one account you can trade contracts for difference on currencies, stocks, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies. What happens behind the scenes—pricing, liquidity and execution—is complex; opening an account and placing a trade is designed to be simple.
Yes. Trade Exch is a self-directed platform: you choose which instruments to trade and when, both when you first open your account and at any point afterwards. Analyst sessions and webinars can inform your decisions, but they are not personal investment advice.
It’s your money, so you can request a withdrawal at any time once your account is verified. Funds are returned to an account in your own name, usually within 5 business days. Any applicable fee is shown before you confirm and is deducted from the amount withdrawn.
Your main trading cost is the spread—the difference between the buy and sell price—which narrows on higher account tiers. Positions held overnight may incur swap (financing) charges. All costs are displayed on the platform before you place a trade.
Trade Exch does not offer tax-loss harvesting or tax advice. Tax treatment of trading gains and losses depends on where you live, so we recommend speaking to a qualified tax adviser about your own situation.
We make it easy! Fund your account by electronic bank deposit, wire transfer or a transfer from your brokerage cash account. Payments must come from an account held in your own name.
You don’t need to sell them. Shares and positions held with another provider stay where they are—you can fund your Trade Exch account with cash and use it alongside your existing investments.
With a direct investing product you own individual shares. With a Trade Exch CFD on the S&P 500 or its constituents you never own the underlying asset—you trade the price difference between opening and closing. CFDs allow leverage and short selling, which increases both opportunity and risk.
